O Γιάννης Μπίκας γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στην Αθήνα αποφοιτώντας από το 1ο Ενιαίο Λύκειο Αμαρουσίου.
Αφού ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές του στο τμήμα Εμπορίας & Διαφήμισης του ΑΤΕΙ Αθηνών συνέχισε με μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στο τμήμα Μάρκετινγκ & Επικοινωνίας με Νέες Τεχνολογίες του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

Η επαγγελματική του σταδιοδρομία ξεκίνησε το 2006 ως Marketing Trainee στην Ελληνική Ποδοσφαιρική Ομοσπονδία (ΕΠΟ) όπου πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική του άσκηση. Το 2007 συνέχισε στην εταιρεία Businesslike Communication Services LTD ως Marketing Supervisor όπου εργάστηκε για 1 χρόνο.

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση των στρατιωτικών του υποχρεώσεων, τo 2010 εργάσθηκε για 2 χρόνια στη Sport management εταιρεία Above & Beyond S.A, ως Junior Account Manager, ενώ τo 2012 συνέχισε στην εταιρεία Nemo Online ως Online Advertising Manager για το online περιοδικό αυτοκινήτου Gocar.gr.
Από το Φεβρουάριο 2013 απασχολείται στην SponsorValue Hellas Α.Ε. ως Sponsorship Analyst.
Μιλάει Αγγλικά και Γαλλικά.

Giannis Bikas was born and raised in Athens, Greece. He graduated for the 1rst Lyceum of Marousi.After his graduation from the Marketing Department at TEI of Athens he continued his postgraduate studies to the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in the field of Marketing & Communication through New Technologies.

His professional career started in 2006 when he was employed by the Hellenic Football Federation (E.P.O.) as Marketing Trainee. In 2007, he moved to Businesslike Communication Services LTD to work as Marketing Supervisor.

After the completion of his mandatory military service in 2010, he was employed by the Sport management company named Above & Beyond S.A, as Junior Account Manager, while in 2012 he moved to Nemo Online where he worked as Online Advertising Manager for the online magazine Gocar.gr.
Since February 2013, he is working as Sponsorship Analyst in SponsorValue Hellas S.A.
He speaks English and French.
